This dataset provides an approximation of the boundaries of the watersheds where owners or operators of construction activities identified in Table 2, Appendix B of the SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Construction Activity (GP-0-10-001) must prepare a SWPPP that includes post-construction stormwater management practices designed in conformance with the Enhanced Phosphorus Removal Standards included in the technical standard, New York State Stormwater Management Design Manual. |
