Password Reset for CIRIS

eJustice Portal Assistance

If you access CIRIS through the eJustice Portal, the Portal Help Desk will be able to reset your password:

Agency Assistance

If you access CIRIS directly without going through the eJustice Portal, your first contact should be your agency's Delegated Administrator. The Delegated Administrator is the person in charge of creating and managing your agency's LDAP/NYSDS accounts. If you do not know the Delegated Administrator for your agency, contact your agency Information Security Officer (ISO).

NYSDS stands for New York State Directory Services and is simply a way for all state agencies to access New York State applications, including CIRIS.

Please note: In order for OCS to provide assistance in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, we ask that you DO NOT request password resets from the OFT Enterprise Help Desk, as that transaction will result in a fee.
