GeoLynx® Assistance

GeoLynx® is the GIS Program Office’s Street and Address Maintenance (SAM) application.
It is supported during our normal business hours of 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday.

Password Resets

Please note:
In order to provide assistance in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, DO NOT request password resets from the Ny.gov ID Call Center, as that transaction will result in a fee to your organization.
If you forgot your password, select the Forgot your password link located under the NY.gov ID login box and try to reset your password using your shared secret questions.  If unsuccessful, please contact:

eJustice Portal / NYS Integrated Justice Advisory Board (IJAB)
If your NYSDS account was originally set up through DCJS to access the eJusticeNY Integrated Justice Portal, please contact the Portal Help Desk: http://dcjs.ny.gov/welcome/ijportal_tech_help.html

NYS Office of Real Property Services (ORPTS)
If your NYSDS account was originally set up through ORPTS to access ORPTS applications, please contact the NYS ORPTS Solutions Center: http://www.tax.ny.gov/research/property/online/intro.htm

All Others
If your NYSDS account was not set up through DCJS or ORPTS please contact your organization's Delegated Administrator. The Delegated Administrator is the person in charge of creating and managing your organization's NY.gov ID accounts. Typically this person is the Information Security Officer (ISO) or is an IT specialist located within your IT Office.
