1. Building and Fire Codes Enforcement Officials
   Data Set Details 		The Codes Division is moving forward to develop a survey of all local codes officials. The confidentiality issues relate to social security numbers and home addresses of code officials. Data is not in geospatial format. 
2. C-Cap Land Cover
   Data Set Details 		10 class land cover data for Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Data is in draft form with additional work anticipated in 1998 to correct known omissions. This data set is under development. Metadata development is pending with NOAA prior to general release of the data set. Classifications are based on 25 meter pixels. Password would document distribution and subsequent facilitate revision notices. 
3. Coastal Area Boundary

 Statutory boundary describing applicability of the federally approved state coastal program under the federal Coastal Zone Management Act. The boundary covers Long Island, New York City, Hudson River and Great lakes areas. The state's defined coastal area includes all major inland waters which are not addressed in this dataset.This dataset is a draft version of the Coastal Area Boundary. It requires Federal approval of boundary changes in New York City, NY, which is pending. Dataset available here incorporates pending boundary changes. This revision was made 9 September 2003. 
4. Community Services Block Grant
   Data Set Details 		Names and addresses of Community Services Block Grant grantee agencies board chairs, CEOs and board members. Data is not in geospatial format. 
5. Corporations
   Data Set Details 		Address of entities incorporated in New York State including other basic information filed about the corporation on an annual report. Data is not in geospatial format. 
6. Digital Orthophotography - South Shore Estuary Reserve
   Data Set Details 		A series of digital orthophotography images covering the south shore of Long Island. Covered area is approximately 500 square miles. Overview images (590) are resampled to 8 foot pixel size, 8 bit color infrared TIF files corresponding to map sheets covering 6000 by 4000 feet. Detailed images (2360) are 2 foot pixel, 24 bit color infrared TIF files corresponding to map sheets covering 3000 by 2000 feet. Registration files are in both MapInfo and ArcInfo formats. 
7. Executive - Local Government Officials
   Data Set Details 		Data is not in geospatial format. The Executive Office maintains data on the name and address of local government officials. 
8. Licensing Services
   Data Set Details 		Data is not in geospatial format. Information on the name, business address, home address and other matters are retained in our Division of Licensing Services for more than 600,000 licensees in the real estate, notary public, watchguard and patrol agencies and several other licensing disciplines. Privacy and confidentiality concerns exist with respect to home addresses and social security numbers that are on file. 
9. Local Laws
   Data Set Details 		Local laws are filed with the Department of State and they are identified by topic and the locality filing the law. 
10. Scenic Areas of Statewide Significance
   No Login Required Data Set Details 		Statutory boundary describing scenic areas designated by the Department of State. Designations completed for the Hudson River Valley only. The Hudson River area is completed in draft form and requires re-filing with local municipalities to replace paper map versions. Password would document distribution and subsequent facilitate revision notices. 
11. Significant Coastal Fish and Wildlife Boundaries

 Statutory boundary describing significant coastal fish and wildlife habitats identified and recommended by Environmental Conservation and designated by Department of State. This data set is under development. Long Island and New York City areas are completed in draft form and require re-filing with local municipalities to replace paper map versions. 12. South Shore Estuary of Long Island - Benthic Habitats Mapping 2002
   No Login Required Data Set Details 		Dataset of digital polygons representing benthic habitat data photogrametrically derived from conventional-color metric aerial photography of Long Island's south shore bays acquired in May & June 2002.

   No Login Required Data Set Details 		The data set contains digital map and attribute information for tidal wetlands of the South Shore Estuary Reserve (SSER) on Long Island, NY.

   Data Set Details 		Lien information as required under state and federal statutes filed with the Department of State in the Uniform.
