A polygon dataset of the majority of the Hudson River estuary, from the federal dam in Troy to the City of Yonkers. Projection: Transverse_Mercator, Horizontal Datum: NAD-83, Coordinate System: State Plane New York East (Feet), Original Source: Scenic Hudson 2012. The dataset of the extent of the majority of the Hudson River estuary was digitized from high-resolution photography in 2010 (at a scale of approximately 1:2,000), and updated using LiDAR elevation data and mean sea level in 2012.

A raster dataset of the Hudson River estuary created for use in the Sea Level Affecting Marshes Model (SLAMM). Projection: Transverse_Mercator, Horizontal Datum: NAD-83, Coordinate System: UTM Zone 18N (Meter), Original Source: Scenic Hudson 2014. A Hudson River extent file used in combination with tidal wetlands and National Land Cover Database data to create the input landcover dataset used in the Sea Level Affecting Marshes Model (SLAMM). The file is a composite of Scenic Hudson's Hudson River estuary extent polygon and elevations below Mean Tide Level based on a tidal datum-adjusted DEM. This composite was created to maximize the accuracy of the extent of the estuary for the SLAMM analysis.
